1. Choose the meal pack and size you need (ie 200g or 400g).
2. Choose from the drop down menu for both protein and carbs. If you would like extra, choose from the extra drop down menu.
3. Meals must be ordered in sets of 3, more options will appear as you make your selection.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Meals are cooked fresh in Perth every week and delivered frozen. Orders close Monday at 8pm for Delivery Saturday. LATE ORDERS hold no guarantees for correct orders. As a default, we will substitute any meal we can not make, with something similar.

I'M LOOKING AT A CUSTOM MEAL PACK, HOW BIG IS ONE MEAL?
Each meal's total weight will depend on if you add any extra's
A 200g meal will be as standard half protein and half carbs.
A 400g meal will be as standard half protein and half carbs.
If you choose extras, such as vegetables from the "add more" drop down menu, it will increase the weight of the meal.
ARE THE MEALS DELIVERED FRESH OR FROZEN, WHERE DO I STORE THEM?
All our healthy meals are freshly prepared and blast chilled to lock in flavour and freshness on day of dispatch. As our meals contain no preservatives or additives they come with a 4 day shelf life when refrigerated, alternately they can be safely frozen for consumption after the use by date. Defrost and heat for 1-2 mins or heat from frozen for 4 mins.
As white potatoes have a high water content quality maybe compromised during the freezing process, therefore it is recommended to eat these first.

Deliveries occur onSaturdays and Sundays.Please note: someone must be home to receive the order as frozen meals will not be left outside under no circumstances.
Unfortunately, meals will be discarded at the loss to the client if no one comes to collect their meals or is home to receive the delivery.
